ABOUT THE CAREEPRENUER CREATE CHALLENGE

Unleaching Africa's Entreprenuership Potentials

The Careerpreneur Create Challenge is an exciting and transformational 6-month weekly entrepreneurship competition designed to empower young African innovators to turn their skills, talents, and ideas into successful businesses.


This initiative is proudly supported by Hanypay Ghana Ltd and the African Diaspora Central Bank (ADCB), with funding for mentorship, logistics, and capacity building.


Each week, five (5) exceptional entrepreneurs will win $500 in AKL Lumi via Hanypay to kickstart or grow their businesses. Over 24 weeks, a total of 120 winners will receive $100 each in AKL Lumi along with mentorship, training, and business growth support.

  • Create a short, engaging video introducing yourself, your skill or business idea, and how $100 in AKL Lumi will help you.
  • Post your video on social media (Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok) using the hashtag #CareerpreneurCreateChallenge and tag @CareerCaptains @Hanypay @AfricanDiasporaCentralBank.
  • Get Likes & Support! – The top 5 participants with the most engagement each week win $100 in AKL Lumi!
