Advance Career Club (A2C)

A2C is a bold new initiative and forms part of our call to the people of Africa - "Let's Get Our Continent Working!"

The programme is different from other graduate programmes in that it is a business-driven initiative, designed to boost the growth of Start-ups and Young Entrepreneurs. We are creating an avenue for firms to acquire youth skills at low risk through our internship channel while providing an opportunity for graduates to build the skills they need for the workplace.

This is an initiative developed to getting the students engaged in extra curricular activities within and outside their school environments in other to explore their innate abilities through which we discover and develop them starting from Africa.

With the CareerCaptains Grant Initiative, CGI is poised to place 30,000 graduates into internships over the next 3 years, creating around 10,000 self established businesses.
